- The World Bank Group and the government of Italy’s Veneto region invite the media to attend the launch of Doing Business in Veneto 2009, the first subnational report issued for a high-income economy. It measures the business and regulatory environment of Veneto, comparing it to Rome and 180 other economies globally. The report was created thanks to support of the Unioncamere del Veneto.
